On-trend popular Neoprene tote

A huge trend this Summer, these bags are great for just running around town, as a carry-on or to take to the beach.  This is the Julia tote from Sadie & Wally,  a new fun brand of bags and accessories.  This is a smaller version of the other ones we have.
